03. Description of the Service

Colper.ai is the first AI copilot made specifically for Webflow creators. It helps users create high-quality Webflow websites, build custom animations, and quickly solve technical challenges, reducing frustration, saving time, and avoiding expensive specialists.

04. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

05. Subscription and Payments

Colper.ai offers a Free Plan with limited features and a Pro Plan, which requires a paid subscription through Stripe. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All payments made to Colper.ai are final and non-refundable.

06. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including text, graphics, logos, software, and any other materials available on the Service, remain the exclusive property of Colper.ai. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely in compliance with these Terms.

07. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to engage in any prohibited behavior, including but not limited to misuse, disrupt, harm the Service, attempt unauthorized account access, upload harmful code, spam, phishing, hacking activities, or engage in illegal or unethical activities. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms.

All recommendations, advice, or information provided by Colper.ai are for informational purposes only.

09. Limitation of Liability
